  • CTA's Online Tire Selector (the "Guide") merely makes recommendations for tires for vehicles. Notwithstanding the recommendations that CTA makes using the Guide, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the tires are appropriate for the vehicle for which you are selecting tires.
  • CTA does not promise that the Guide or its recommendations are error-free.
  • You agree that CTA shall not be liable in any way for the recommendations made by the Guide or your reliance on these recommendations.
  • If you use the tire guide to select tires for or recommend tires to a third party, and such tires are an improper match for the third party's use, then you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CTA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims or damages arising from such selection or recommendation.
